In the last two years, the number of microbreweries operating in Indiana has roughly doubled, to 96. But can the industry sustain such blistering growth, especially in Indianapolis, where much of the activity is occurring, without foaming over?
Can't read the content from behind a paywall. Heard plenty of this though, we barely have the breweries in operation that were open before prohibition. I think talks of saturation often miss the point, that not every brewery wants or needs to be Abev.
